Prior Permission:

·        All guests are required to obtain prior permission to enter Dibba Musandam.

·        Our team will contact you for your passport and visa details to apply for permission.

·        The procedure for permission requires a minimum of 3 working days, so kindly share the details on time.

Mandatory Documents:

·        All guests must carry the original passport at the time of the tour.

·        It is mandatory to carry a passport copy as well, as entry at the border will be restricted without it.

Personal Items:

·        Guests should carry their own swimwear and fishing equipment.

Transfers:

·        Transfers are available as per the option selected.

·        Sharing transfers are available from Deira, Bur Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed up to Marina.

·        The pick-up/drop-off timing on sharing transfers can be modified by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

·        If you select the option without transfers, you are required to report at the location at least 30 minutes before the cruise departure time.

Luggage:

·        No luggage is allowed to be carried during any activity.

Refund and No-Show Policy:

·        There will be no refund for partly utilized services.

·        In case the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge a 100% no-show fee.

Timing Variations:

·        Timing may vary during bad weather or sea conditions.
