• Kindly carry a valid photo ID proof. All foreign nationals must carry their passport as proof of identity.
• The operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance via WhatsApp or call.
• Please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
• Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
• Pick up from areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels / Residences will be done on request with an additional charge.
• On specific days and weekends, some of the attractions might remain closed for visits. In such cases, we do not hold any responsibility and no compensation will be adjusted.
• Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package.
• Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.
• The pick-up/drop-off timing on sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
