• Entry ticket and 30 minutes tour of the observatory deck.

• The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time.
• Shared transfers if selected are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed inside the park premises
• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with rules and regulations.

• At the Top Burj Khalifa Sunrise with The Morning Treat is operational only on weekends starting from 28/10/2023.
